Senior project manager Leo Lorenz, for instance, has worked alongside Marc for more than 25 years. Carol Jordan is likewise a long-tenured senior project manager who brings a wealth of expertise. Director of operations Gina Perez manages the flow of projects and keeps everything running smoothly – and she has been with the firm for over a decade. Senior architect Paul Schmitzer is one of our newest additions, but he has already settled right into the creative rhythm of the group.

“No one leaves,” Camens says with a smile. “That’s one of the things I’m most proud of.”

“Technology has actually made us even more interactive,” Camens notes. “We’re constantly in communication with one another – sharing sketches, screens, ideas. It has made collaboration more immediate, not less.”

“We’ve always been flexible,” he says. “If someone needs to manage a family event or take care of something personal, they do it. There’s never any hesitation. When people feel supported, they bring their best creativity to the table.”
